PVC 型材生产线
YF系列PVC异型材生产线主要用于PVC门窗型材、宽幅门板、窗台板、多孔穿线管(四孔、六孔、七孔、九孔等)挤出。该生产线可以根据不同型材断面及模具，选用不同规格的平行(锥形)双螺杆挤出机，并配置相应的真空定型台，牵引机，切割机，翻料平台等辅助设备。
主机挤出量可以在每小时60公斤到700公斤之间任选。牵引机采用我公司独特升降技术，工作平稳，可靠性好，牵引力大。真空定型采用特殊增大涡流冷却系统，便于冷却定型，以满足高速挤出的需要。切割机移动速度与牵引速度保持同步，全部动作采用进口PLC电脑控制，设计合理，运行稳定，可自动定长切割，并配备粉尘回收装置。根据不同的模具，定型台可选用4米、6米、8米、11米等规格。 配置平行双螺杆挤出机，特别适用于型材高速挤出。
YF series PVC profile production line is mainly used for extrusion of PVC door and window profiles, wide door panels, window sills, and multi-hole threading pipes (four holes, six holes, seven holes, nine holes, etc.). The production line can choose parallel (conical) twin-screw extruders of different specifications according to different profiles and molds, and is equipped with corresponding auxiliary equipment such as vacuum setting table, tractor, cutting machine, turning platform and so on.
The extrusion volume of the main machine can be selected between 60 kg and 700 kg per hour. The tractor adopts our company's unique lifting technology, which is stable in work, good in reliability and large in traction. The vacuum setting adopts a special enlarged eddy current cooling system, which is convenient for cooling and setting to meet the needs of high-speed extrusion. The moving speed of the cutting machine is synchronized with the traction speed, and all actions are controlled by imported PLC computer, with reasonable design, stable operation, automatic fixed-length cutting, and equipped with a dust recovery device. According to different molds, the setting table can choose 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, 11 meters and other specifications. Equipped with parallel twin-screw extruder, it is especially suitable for high-speed extrusion of profiles.
