SRL-W卧式混合机组，主要用于塑料、橡胶、日用化工等行业各种物料的混合、搅拌、干燥、着色等工艺，是生产塑料板材、管材、异型材及降解塑料的理想设备。
该机组是引进消化并吸收国外先进技术研制而成，混合物料采用负压混合原理。电器仪表全部采用品牌电器，并可采用PLC程控电脑控制。具有自动化程度高，混合速度快，其浆叶为精密不锈钢压力铸造，且通过动静平衡测试。特别是冷却机浆叶采用国外先进的螺旋搅拌结构，整个容器没有死角，具有冷却速度快，出料干净，混合效果已达到国外先进水平。
SRL-W horizontal mixing unit is mainly used for mixing, stirring, drying, coloring and other processes of various materials in plastics, rubber, household chemicals and other industries. It is an ideal equipment for producing plastic sheets, pipes, profiles and degradable plastics.
The unit is developed by importing, digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology. The mixed material adopts the principle of negative pressure mixing. All electrical instruments use brand electrical appliances, and can be controlled by PLC program-controlled computer. It has a high degree of automation and fast mixing speed. The blades are precision stainless steel pressure casting, and have passed the dynamic and static balance test. In particular, the blades of the cooling machine adopt the foreign advanced spiral stirring structure, the whole container has no dead ends, the cooling speed is fast, the discharge is clean, and the mixing effect has reached the foreign advanced level.
